Results brief psychotherapy

It 'important to specify that the data shown in the chart refer to successful cases in an average of 10 sessions, remembering that, as reported in "therapeutic activity" , the success rate with short strategic model, as regards anxiety disorders, is 95%.

What is self esteem?
Self-esteem (self-esteem) represents the value a person attributes to himself and to his ability, is the perception of being competent in everyday life. Self-esteem depends on various factors such as personal expectations, balance between what we are and what we want to be, the quality of primary relationships, life experiences, how to relate to others, interpretation of messages from outside.
More simply, self-esteem is that set of perceptions and reactions that emerge before the question: "what I think of me?". Those who experience a low self-esteem often feel insecure about their skills, avoid exposure, should not take decisions when lives and a pervasive sense of inadequacy with himself and with others.
