When fear becomes a problem
Fear in itself is not a problem nor a sign of pathology, at least until it exceeds a certain threshold beyond which can result in a "block" rather than "push" to deal with a situation. Many believe that fear is something negative, a sign of weakness or insecurity, but it is useful and sometimes essential because it gives us the measure of the importance of the tests we face, such as alerting the face of a potential danger. Therefore, always remember that fear is useful and effective when it becomes the predominant factor binding and in our actions.
