When fear becomes a problem
Fear, in itself, is not a problem nor a sign of pathology, at least until it exceeds a certain threshold beyond which it can determine a "block" rather than "push" to deal with a situation. Many believe that fear is something negative, a sign of weakness or insecurity, but it is useful and sometimes essential because it gives us the measure of the importance of our challenges, such allertandoci facing a potential danger. Therefore, we always remember that fear is useful and effective when it becomes the predominant factor binding and in our actions.
